My Philosophy is a long-running interview series edited by DK Sugiyama, Founder & CEO of ILI, with Eri Shibata serving as Deputy Editor-in-Chief.
The series features direct conversations with leaders whom Sugiyama personally wishes to interview, focusing on their values, choices, and lived experience.
The project traces its origin to an interview Sugiyama conducted in New York at the age of 14. Since launching in 2007, it has featured distinguished business leaders, founders, creators, and public figures. The network has expanded organically through introductions from one guest to the next. The series is published free of charge in multiple languages, including English, and is produced without sponsorship fees or appearance compensation. -
